Who We Are

We are a North Yorkshire and County Durham based Allstar Cheerleading programme!
We provide Allstar and Recreational cheerleading opportunities for males and females from 18 months old.
​we coach:
- Stunts and pyramids
- Tumbles
- Jumps
- Dance
​We combine all these exciting elements to create jaw dropping, fun and exciting routines!

​Not only will you gain some exciting new physical skills, we also focus on the mental skills required for cheerleading. We strive on team work, trust and working as a family!

​EXPERIENCED REQUIRED?
​Definitely NOT required!

​We take complete beginners, to gymnasts, dancers and more! We pride ourselves on the ethos that EVERYONE can have a go at allstar cheerleading! Any age, shape, size and ability!

Please be aware that our policies have been updated since season 15 so please make sure you have read through them all thoroughly so that you fully understand what you are signing up to.

Season 16 Information Pack

There are still some blank boxes in the tables on the competition pages such as deadlines and spectator pricing as these have not yet been released by the event providers. Once all information has been released we will upload the updated version of the season handbook to the website.

Our Main Training Venue!
​- 7 Panel Sprung floor
​- Fast track and landing area
- Thick 12m air track
- Thin 6m air track
- Trampette
- Springboard
- Inflatable wedge
- Top tumblers in 2 sizes
- Air pods in 2 different sizes
​- Crash mats
- Spotting blocks
​- Office and changing facilities!
- Gym which includes treadmill, rower, cross trainer and some weights
- Athlete area upstairs with sofas to relax, table and chairs to complete homework and eat if they are here for multiple session.

We moved in to our own premises in July 2021 and we are so excited for this adventure in our very own home!

FRIENDS OF LAZER CHEER
Friends of Lazer Cheer (FOLC) was set up in 2014 by some of our cheerleader's parents to help aid Lazer Cheer's members financially. They have achieved some fantastic fundraising which then lead to:
​- Helping EVERYONE gain a huge discount on TWO brand new uniforms in season 10 and season 14
​- Buying NEW Equipment
​- Buying our sound system
-Buying the Lazer Ipad for music
-Buying the Lazer Phone so that we can film routines in the gym
​- Helping to buy our new mats for our Darlington venue
​- Supporting individuals financially where they can.
​- Supporting local charities.
- AND LOTS LOTS MORE!!!
