Training Schedule
All training session on the below timetable will be held at Lazer Cheer Academy in Catterick with the exception of Starburst, Stardust and Starlites which will be at Hummersknot in Darlington. Addresses for both locations can be found of the CONTACT tab at the top.
All our training sessions are taken by qualified experienced coaches.
Our training aims include:
- Progression. We coach correct technique and correct progressions to ensure skills are safe!
- Team work. We ensure all our athletes are in squads to suit their progressions and bring the best out of each squad.
